Day 187 of 365 When the Corinthians come together (v. 17) as the Church, they reveal the world, not heaven. For divisions (v. 18, Gr. schismata) and factions (v. 19, Gr. haireseis) are contrary to the Church, which is one and indivisible. Paul finds only one good thing in this ungodly disorder: God's approved (v. 19) faithful are shown to be trustworthy.
